RATES

 November 16th, 2005 thru April 30th, 2006 ~ $1000/week
May 1st thru May 31st ~ $800/ week
June 1st thru November 15th ~ $700/week


Annual Rental ~ $1,700 per month for year, plus utilities

  • There is a $250 deposit to secure your reservation
  • 11% Florida tax applies
  • $95.00 cleaning fee
  • Discounted rates will apply to stays of 2 weeks or longer
  • Sorry, no pets and no smoking
